Quick Turkey Burger n Veggie Dinner on the XLBGE

Here's a quickie that takes less than an hour to throw down...

32 oz of turkey burger (four patties)
Mix with Tomato Basil Feta Cheese (to taste....I use about 1/2 of the small package)
Some prefer standard Feta...
garlic salt or two minced cloves
pepper to taste
Caution: The Feta has lots of salt in it....don't need too much additional

Veggies

Zukes
Yellow Squash
Red Onions
Mushroom stems removed and quartered

Drizzle with EVO & Balsamic V
Season to taste (Italian, Sea Salt, Black Pepper, Few Red Pepper Flakes my choice)

Fire up the BGE....Veggies first after I'm over 350 Dome Temp
Keep tossing to prevent burning every 3 to 4 mins.
I like my veggies crisp so about 15 mins will do

Move the temp up on the egg to 350-375 at the pit and throw on the burgers.
5-7 mins per side until you reach IT of 155-160.
I then foil them add 1oz of butter on top and stuff em in the cooler for about 10 mins.

They come out awesome and they make great left overs... 

Less than an hour on the BGE!
