Yes, and a pizza stone on small spacers didn't get hot enough to blacken the bottom like it would in a tandoor.

I happened to have two platesetters, think you could do the same with the adjustable rig with the indirect piece on 1.5 and the pizza stone on top. Or the pizza stone on bricks on the platesetter. Key is to get the cooking stone really hot and the bread high up in the dome.mountaindewbass said:@doofusoftheday so whats the point of having multiple PS in order to cook the Naan?
