Those look fantastic. Never tried nachos with brisket, however, I do love pulled pork nachos. Did you hit them with any rub after you plated them? One of my favorite BBQ spots in Memphis does that to their nachos and I've done it to mine ever since.Large and Small BGECentral, IL
