No room man! We took out the dining room after the fire and made it all kitchen. I should have put in foundations under the deck and made a work kitchen/cold cellar/charcouterie room and panic room. Used sonotube with elephant feet and cost as much as a proper basement. Deck is 5" thick stamped concrete.

I would like to do the same. The kitchen is where it all happens at our place as I'm sure it does with every other poster on this forum. Trying to think of what could be bad about being locked in a panic room surrounded by curing meats? Sounds like a win, win to me! Be sure to stock some bread and cheese!:D

It's pretty good man. I ordered the Chef's Choice 622 but they didn't have it. They gave me this at the same price but the blade is smaller and the stroke is shorter.
