Tonight's menu>>> Warm water lobster tails, baked potatoes w/ EVO, kosher salt, cracked melody pepper, corn on the cob and scratch made cheddar dump bay biscuits with garlic butter. This was my first go with Lobster period.

Did you say it was 75 degrees there? Wow! I need to pick up and move somewhere like that. I'm jealous! Oh, nice cook ... Lobster looks great!

@RickyBobby...ya we had temps in teens and twentys last week or so ago and was in upper 30s for low yesterday and then hit close to 75F today. Crazy weather here. :-P and here's a shot of a friend of mine's last score on his family's dive in S.FL now that's some fresh tail )
