You might consider moving that clock a tad to the right. Over time, It's gonna get a bit sooty on that wall. Also warm.

I hate it when I go to the kitchen for food and all I find are ingredients!

Be careful using the ceramic feet under that cooker....I've seen them crack the base over time.

Gotcha......reason I ask is my whole family is from there, mainly the far SW part of the state opposite of you. In fact there's still a family farm being run around Chickasha. We also have a weekend place we go to in the southeastern part of the state. I'm a Texas boy through and through, but a big fan of the Sooner State.
