Hi,
I got my first BGE a few weeks ago. After doing research on this forum I decided to build my own table. I pretty much used the Nakedwhiz Plans as a guide (http://www.nakedwhiz.com/tableplans/tableplans.htm).
Table is made from Western Red Cedar. The finish is Cabot Australian Timber Oil.
Today I put the table to use for the first time (Pulled Pork) - I love it !

@ buzd502: Nope - thought about it quite a bit and for some reason decided I want the Egg on the right side@ EGGerAllanPoe: Probably about $200 in materials ($150 for wood, $30 for wheel/casters, $2 Tiles, $8 Stain). I did however spent money on the Kreg Jig System that I plan to use for other projects (http://www.kregtool.com/Master-System-Prodview.html). This allowed me to hide all the screws,

How much clearance is there? I don't have an egg table (roller nest for this guy). But, that is beautiful wood and with the capability of atomic temperature I would be concerned of smoldering wood on the table. I agree with Henapple...keep an eye on it. OBW great looking table. Really like the wood grain and the coloring.henapple said:Looks great. I put mine on the left also. That top is really tight against the egg..keep am eye on it.
