    Every holiday weekend when in the backyard cooking on the Egg, I always get the smell of briquettes and lighter fluid wafting through the trees from the various neighbors who only cook out a handful of times a year.... and I confess I do chuckle a little.

    I will agree with some others that you can put out some good grub with other cookers.  However the Egg does everything and does everything great.  Versatility, plain and simple, is the reason I own one.

  • When people bring them to my lakehouse I use them to start fires in the fire pit. Seems to get the job done.
