Stuffed London Broil
This is my first recipe/cook post. I did this stuffed London Broil to take over to the neighbors for a little Super Bowl get together, just the 2 families so nothing too big. Very simple recipe for the stuffing, Feta, bread crumbs, parsley, garlic, salt and pepper and some grilled peppers I found packaged at Harris Teeter, cooked indirect at 300 until IT was up to 115 than got the egg hot to put a nice sear and crust on the outside, basically a reverse sear. This was my first time trying the reverse sear type of method if this even qualifies and I have to say that this was delicious. The stuffing was great and the meat was tender and just right and the crust from the sear and the salt and pepper I put on the outside was amazing. I think next time I might try some Dizzy Pig Cowlick on the outside but Salt and Pepper worked great too. Here's some pics of the stuffing mixture, the cook and final result.
