Super Bowl Fatties

I saw something similar to this a while ago and thought it would be a perfect contribution to our Super Bowl potluck. Hot Italian sausage, stuffed with cream cheese, grated cheddar and Jalapenos, wrapped in a bacon weave. Oh yeah, and stuffed with fried bacon as well, because my body is an amusement park, not a temple.
Bonus points for travelling well and easy to reheat with no loss in quality (just heated in the oven while wrapped in tin foil). I had intended to crisp under the broiler but the oven at my buddies place was in high demand.

Looks like you nailed them! Nice work!Which came first the chicken or the egg? I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg.

If you don't eat them very often you'll be okay. Like anything else you need to eat things in moderation.

Soon be time to try these again. Wonder what I can do to take it up a notch. Won't be happy until it triggers meat hallucinations!
