Trying CWM baby backs for the first time.  Quick question about temperature.  The class says 200-225 degrees.  I'm assuming that is grid termp.  Is that correct?

Thanks!  Happy Super Bowl everyone!

Well, I guess from the plethora of answers I got, maybe I wasn't so clear, lol.  I was wondering if it was 200-225 grid temp vs dome temp.  I figured grid temp and went with it.  I'm about 30 minutes from being done.  Hope they are great!
