What's better than one egg smoking?

Two eggs smoking. DUH!!!!!


Cold smoking some provolone and Colby jack on the small and have some deer sausage and a 4lb pork loin on the large. Pork loin rubbed with dizzy dust course grind. Sassafras and cherry for the loin and hickory for the cheese. I plan to glaze the pork loin with homemade apple butter toward the end.
