Pork Butt Rub
Hi everyone!! Doing a Pork Butt for Super Bowl.... Has anyone tried mustard on their Pork Butt before seasoning? I have done it with Brisket and loved it !

Mustard works great, so does mayo.

Nothing works great too. I rub, let it get moist, more rub. Overnight in plastic wrap then more rub.

BBBR-then mustard-more Butt RubSalado TX & 30A FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now).

Does letting it sit over night with the rub make a big difference? I am going to inject the ones I'm doing for the SB since I usually do(I couldn't really tell a difference between injected and non-injected) but I have never tried putting the rub on the night before.In Manchester, TNVol For Life!
