I'll start..... Pretty excited, I'm doing my first Brisket on the egg. Going to put it on tonight, cook tomorrow and eat it tomorrow night. Also, I see ALOT of Yuengling in my future. Should be fun combined with my EZGO.

I have not done it on there yet. I've only made it once since I got my egg and I only had time to cook the chicken and sausage on it, then finished it at my brother house on the stove top. Working Saturday so maybe a couple nice steaks Saturday night and I'm gonna cook 2 3lb Cornish Hens, about 20 wings (drumsticks) and some chicken tenderloins for the wife..this is after my golf game of course...60 degrees Sunday!!

I'll be smoking 20 lbs of pork belly. I split it up in 4 different sections to cure. I'll have 1 savory, 1 honey and 2 maple/brown sugar cured sections. The plan is to rinse and put in the fridge to dry and then smoke with apple pellets in the a-maze-n smoker on Sunday.

Going to be cooking some Boerewors ( South African sausage) We make our own here in Greensboro North Carolina. This we will have ready for the Super Bowl.Boerewors is 70% Beef 20% Pork and 10% Pork fat. The spices are from SA and has a strong Coriander flavour..Needs to be tasted to get the full experience...Oh yes and plenty of Beer will be consumed!!!!Greensboro North Carolina
