What preparation needs to be done for whole chicken, whats an easy and great rub, and what temp to cook on the egg and for how long?[p]Thanks very much!

Jim,
I've used salt, pepper, garlic and cumin.
Spachocked, we cook at 300-400 until done. Bone side down and flip for a few minutes to crisp the skin.
