Turkey Breast in -22 windchill...

The wifey brought home a Turkey breast (about three lbs) and told me to figure something out.  I don't think she expected me to fire up the egg and go for it given the temp was 5 degrees with double-digit windchill and blowing snow, but I did.  Used a rub that was a mix of "kickin' chicken", fresh ground black pepper for a little extra heat, sea salt, and dried shallots (with EVOO).  Started off at 375, direct raised then gradually brought it down to 325.  I was surprised at how fast it cooked (just under an hour) but I pulled it at 165.  Came out really good and now we're having turkey sandos with spicy mustard on toast.
