I picked one up yesterday. $2.38 a lb, 11.99 lbs. It's funny...the sign on the case said $2.59 a lb but the label on the package was $2.38.I'm a complete newb on briskets, except that I have watched the Ay-Ay-ron Franklin vid about 20 times. It looks pretty good. It was floppy, decent marbling, the flat is not too skinny.Going on tonight, I'll post some pics.Which came first the chicken or the egg? I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg.
