Ravioli in sauce and topped with cheese and baked till the cheese turns brown.

Haha I have seen cheese before. Pictures of that Vacation! You go somewhere warm?

No but we intended too. Five days in NOLA and a cruise to Belize, Roatan and Cost Maya. Not too much warmth. I didn't take a camera and left my iPhone on the boat. I'll see what the wife has on hers. No wait...I can't post pics anymore.

You're welcome my friend. Glad it turned out alright, I haven't tried any from that just-before-Chistmas batch yet!
