Egghead forum inspired turbo brisket.
I never heard of it until I came here. Rather than babysit my egg all night, I gave it a shot.
I tried Dr BBQ's big time rub recipe. Not bad. Not my favorite, but not bad. Came out tender juicy.

What did it weigh before egging? Looks like it may have been just a flat, which makes nailing a turbo just a bit more impressive considering those juicy results.
