Drove 2546 miles..worked on 2 projects....paid $135 per night in odessa for a crack house hotel room... paid $65 per night at a brand new Comfort Suite in Texarkana... scored Ozark Oak....got home 3 days early....ran to my cigar shop for a Sunday football smoke, ran into a Davidoff rep and scored a free really nice smoke.. going to Longhorns tonight instead of egging, got $100 gift certificate. Is it wrong to take my thermapen?

Sunday...Bloody Mary then to beer then to scotch. ..might put a brisket on tonight. Life's good.

Hell no it isn't wrong to take your thermapen.  Now, telling them, give this to the cook and tell him to pull my steak off when it reaches 132 internal.  That could be wrong and awesome in the same breath.

WRT SRF-here's a link (probably same as above)  that has a discount and yes the shipping charges make it a stretch- Snake River Farms Brisket sale. But I am about ready to jump in and then receive the wrath of God!
