Work Sharp Knife Sharpener
I bought one, not the $150 Ken Onion, but the $70 standard one which has 20 and 25 deg guides. I watched the DVD and read the directions, then sharpened all my kitchen knives using the 20 degree guide. They are all nice and sharp, but I did not get them to "scary sharp" or razor sharp. Not sure I need them sharper than they are, but I really wanted to see what I could do. Any suggestions from you who have one of these?

Maybe @The_Cen-Tex_Smoker will show up. He has the Ken onion version.

I have been using this sharpener for one year+ now and it is fantastic. Perfect results every time with out effort or guess work.
