As much as I love to see the "traditional" @cazzy wings, it's nice to see you do what I do most of the time. As a side note I do enjoy your method very much.I raise my kids, cook and golf. When work gets in the way I'm pissed, I'm pissed off 48 weeks a year.Inbetween Iowa and Colorado, not close to anything remotely entertaining outside of football season.

@cazzy. I need to think about the note as my next phone. The only thing I don't like about the S3 is the camera.
Speaking of photography, have you seen the new National Geographic "Around the world in 125 years"? Looks awesome. -

Dude, the DD is great, but there is no reason to layer it on like I did. I had to man up, but next time I'll back off a tad so I can enjoy them more.Just a hack that makes some $hitty BBQ.... -
I see the corn starch recommendation a lot. How much do you use, how do you put it on the wings and does it make a big difference?In the bush just East of Cambridge,Ontario

How about the three of you gets room. This is a BBQ forum. GeezzzzzSalado TX & 30A FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now). Just given another Mini to add to the herd. -
I find corn starch helps but air dry really helps the crispy factor more.Hows ya gettin' on, me ol ****?Kippens.Newfoundland and Labrador. (Canada).

I think it helps crisp them up a lil and gives them a different texture thst we really like. Almost like a think breading.
