Unknown
edited November -0001 in EggHead Forum
Recently, I've been a big fan of the Steve Raichlen series and added the folling to my library:[p]- The Barbecue Bible
- How to Grill
- Sauces, Rubs and Marinades
- Beercan Chicken[p]I also have:[p]- Weber Real Grilling
- Sublime Smoke (which my mother bought at a garage sale for $1)[p]Is there an essential book for a BGE-owner? Or am I covered :)[p]Thanks.[p]

  • ToddB in Ottawa,
todd, for my money, the best cookbooks for the bge are the ones here on the forum, and the eggfest cookbooks which bill wise has compiled and you can find them on the naked whiz's website. . .other good sources are wess b's site and the dizzy pig site. . . .[p]the other thing i do is look at my favorite cookbooks (and not necessarily bbq related ones), like julia child, jacque pepin, giada de laurenttis, and some of my others. ..find recipes i really like, then convert them to the egg. .. they always come out better. ..[p]the latest book you may want to look at though is our own dr. bbq big time cookbook. ..great read and great recipes
