I'm going to have company over on Monday. I thought I'd try some baby back ribs on my Large BGE. Any recipes, tips, suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks.

    <p />BBCause,
You are going to get a ton of good answers. I like to pull the membrane off, apply mustard and rub and let set in fridge for a couple hours.[p]Cook indirect @ 225 for 3 hours, then foil with a 1/4 part bbq sauce to 3/4 part apple juice. Cook at same temp indirect for 1- 1 1/2 hours. Take out of foil and bump temp up a little to get a better crust and sauce if you like the last 1/2 hour.
    Easy way to foil.

BBCause,[p]Like Car Wash said, there's a ton of ways to get good ribs. I use mustard and Dizzy Pig rubs. I do mine for 3hrs, indirect @ 225, then wrap for one hour, and spray on apple juice while wrapped. Then an hour of direct heat @ about 250... The last 15 mins, I crank up the heat and mop w/ BBQ Sauce (not too much, u don't want to over power the taste of the ribs.)[p]
