Made a batch of buns for tomorrows pulled beef BBQ. Aluminum pizza pans work well for baking bread. Easy on, easy off. Next time I might try onion bread to kick up the flavor. [p]The coleslaw is in the frig and so is the beer. The only thing I have to do is buy some potato chips. I like potato chips with my beer. Yeaaaaa, it's going to be a fun cook tomorrow.

    jackbythesea,
    It's a simple country white. (classic white) [p]I make bread by hand, the old fashion way, so ammounts vary and my method complex.[p]Here are the ingredients. Find a good bread book to assist in methods that would be much easer than what I do.[p]Starter;
    3 packets of yeast
    1 teaspoon sugar
    1/2 cup warm spring water[p]Flour mix;
    1/2 cup peanut oil (or light olive oil)
    1/2 cup sugar
    1 tablespoon salt
    5 cups warm spring water
    About 14-16 cups unbleached bread flour, stone ground. [p]Clay
