Mega Chops

These were some fantastic pork chops. One and a half pounds each, needless to say there are some left overs. Used Stubbs Pork Rub, and done direct, raised at 400 until the internal was 135.
XXL #82 out of the first 100, XLGE X 2, LBGE (gave this one to daughter 1.0) , MBGE (now in the hands of iloveagoodyoke daughter 2.0) and lots of toys

Sorry, just good looking chops from Publix. They have been a bit sterile lately, but have geared up for Christmas.

Nothing betterSalado TX & 30A FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now). Just given a Mini to add to the herd.

Man they look really good. I threw some chops in the sous vide yesterday, and me and the wife ate those about 11 last nite. They were miniature versions of that slab of hawg your cookin though.

Did you brine, or just apply rub and cook like beef steaks?

For pork chops, just rub. Pork roasts we marinate.
