Had some leftover pork in the fridge. Thought I'd be a bit creative and make myself a pulled pork omelette.

I use leftover pulled pork for everything that you can use browned hamburger meat for. Tacos, pizzas, enchiladas, sandwiches, hamburger helpers, burritos, stir fries, etc.I raise my kids, cook and golf. When work gets in the way I'm pissed, I'm pissed off 48 weeks a year.Inbetween Iowa and Colorado, not close to anything remotely entertaining outside of football season.

Smart thinking on using it in an omelette. Also makes a great hash.

Awesome! I have done this a few times as well. My kids love them.Which came first the chicken or the egg? I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg.
