Butt's on - 10 degrees out

It is really cold, but I committed to cooking this thing for a Christmas party tomorrow night. 10 lb butt rubbed with my homemade rub. Cleaning out the egg, prepping the fire, starting the fire in my chimney, and getting it going was an ordeal with the bitter cold. It took nearly an hour for the white smoke to clear, but finally it is on. Going turbo, right now, dome is 360, maverick on the grate is 300.

Chased 325 grate temp for much of the day, thought I was done about 2:15. Probed a bit and realized I had the maverick probe too close to the bone, and had 15 deg to go.
