Office Holiday Party 2013 (work in progress)
Each year my wife and I throw the annual holiday party. We enjoy trying to out do last years attempt. Last year was the first party after owning the egg. We did ribs, spatchcock chicken, ABT;s, Fattie, chocolate chip stuffed jalapenos and pig shots.
Menu for 2013
Appetizers: smoked almonds, armadillo eggs, sea turtle eggs, smoked wings, antipasto platter
Dinner: Brisket, burnt ends, mac and cheese, sriracha pineapple slaw.
Plenty of adult beverages are on tap.
Picked up a prime packer @ Costco all prepped and ready to go on @ Midnight with oak from a Knob Creek Whiskey barrel.
I'll up date with photos as we progress
