It would also have to be sitting on the front porch for all passerby's to see.  But it is a really good idea.  You could probably market them.

I'm thinking maybe extend the side for an egg to fit in and slap some tile or other heat resistant top on that freezer lid to place hot items and that'd make a pretty pimp egg table.
