@DMW, I'd fire up that Egg and hit golf balls off that deck into the field behind you! Put a couple of pins out there and you have a personal driving range. Looks great!

My personal record is egging ribs at -17°F, but that wasn't much fun. My only recommendations are always wear gloves because everything is either very hot or very cold, and stick to cooks that are either hot and fast or don't require a lot of supervision. Steaks or butts are good. Ribs and chicken, not so much.

it's currently 1.1 degree F' Just put a a nice pork shoulder on for a turbo cook. Last night did a chimi churri chicken, and was probably colder because the sun was down! And it's supposed to get into the minues 20c this weekend, with 20cm of snow! WHOO HOOO!

I spent the day on a roof installing a new HVAC unit today. The windchill was -15 F. While that's not a record or even close to a record for the cold here it was enough to make me forget about my egg for tonight!Nowhere Indiana

Snow on the way tomorrow and I have a full day of egging planned for our Christmas party. Need to get a roof over my egg, no way my ez-up would handle the snow load. Or move south...They/Them
