Just received an auber instruments temp controller for my birthday. Cleaned out the egg. Added some fresh royal oak. Lit the egg. Got it to temp, set up the controller. Rubbed the butt, inserted the maverick probe, and we are off. More pics to follow. Right now, 3 hours in--the grate temp is 228, and the butt is 90.
