Spur of the moment. Probably gonna suck. But I'm gonna cook them direct for 20 min. Heat the fat up and hope it melts. Then cook for about 2 hrs indirect at 350. Stupid idea????

I generally cook mine at around 250 for 3-4 hours depending on how tender they get.

Turbo Beef Ribs on Mini Indirect 350. Pull membrane, Rub-mustard-rub, cherry wood. Used coffee rub.
Salado TX & 30A FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now). Just given another Mini to add to the herd. -
