Its done for now. We got about 1/4" of ice and about 6" of snow. I think we have more ice coming on Sunday.

Still plenty of Jefferson's Presidential Select 21 year old and a new bottle of E. H. Taylor Barrel Proof that I haven't opened yet.  We can get into them or the scotch when you're here to unload 1800 pounds of Rockwood.  Notice that the EH Taylor is 135.4 proof.

I'm having trouble with our picture files on the old desktop Wilma uses for pictures.  Perhaps it's time to do something about that.  If it crashes, our fail safe is the memory cards from the cameras.  I'm not feeling too good about that.  Anyway, a short explanation for an old picture here of our girls next to the tree from 2008.  The tree is the same.  It's silver on a revolving stand.  To enhance its eye-catching appeal, it's equipped with a functioning spinning lighted disco ball.

Freddie, I got an external hard drive for that stuff. Worth the money. You can hook them up to USB and get them as if they were on your puter

I've been thinking of either an external hard drive or one of those hard drive back up services.  I think I'm going with the external hard drive because the thought of some company I don't really know having possession of my personal information is a little disconcerting.
