35 lbs of pork

Tonight after work I prepared the 4 butts for tomorrow night's cook. All together there is about 35lbs. Afte trimming off some fat I injected them with the Chris Lilly injection then rubbed them down with a good coating of Dizzy Dust.  After my company party tomorrow night I will be starting up the eggs and start phase 2 of the operation. I will try and post some more pics once I get everything started up tomorrow....stay tuned!

As soon as I get the Eggs fired up tonight I will start the pics. I'm hoping all goes well or I will have an angry mob on my hands haha

Just got home from work and opened the fridge....smells like heaven, can't wait for my company party to be over so I can start these bad boys!

Good luck. Should be a great meal. Are you using a pit temp controller?

It is cold outside. The eggs were at 215 before I put thebpork on. Im sure they will be back up in no time!

No pit controller just set my hi/low ranges on my thermos and let it go. Got up just now for the first time and am bumping up the temp on the large. I'm surprised I don't have every vagrant in my back yard wirh the way it smells! Wish I could just hang out out there all night

Target temp is 230, got this down!

Armed and ready to rock! The beer has been flowing pretty good since about noon. Nothing better than egging and beer

Just about to pull the 2 smaller ones. Transfered the probe to the other butt and it slid in like butter.
