35 lbs of pork

Tonight after work I prepared the 4 butts for tomorrow night's cook. All together there is about 35lbs. Afte trimming off some fat I injected them with the Chris Lilly injection then rubbed them down with a good coating of Dizzy Dust.  After my company party tomorrow night I will be starting up the eggs and start phase 2 of the operation. I will try and post some more pics once I get everything started up tomorrow....stay tuned!
