Smoked chicken and dumplings

Tried the smoked chicken and dumplings tonight. It was fantastic. I smoked the chicken the day before to save time. I was finally able to use my cast iron Dutch oven. This turned out do well I can tell more DO cooking will be in my future.

Yes. That's the one. It makes a ton so make sure your ready to eat it for a few days.
