Porterhouse and shrimp. It's what's for dinner.

Hello my name is Jeremiah and it's been two days since I last egged.

So as the title stated it's porterhouse and shrimp. My dad used to always buy this cut but for some reason I've neglected it since. The elf gift thing gave me the idea to try a new seasoning since I'd hate to give what I've never tried. So both the steak and the shrimp got a liberal coating of Everglades Seasoning. Don't know if it's regional but it was the only one at Publix that I knew might not be. End result was amazing. Definitely my go to seasoning for a while-- and will be included in the elf deal.
