How do you do your potatoes, hapster? I do a similar looking potato but cheat and use Lipton dry onion soup mix.

Sounds good... I just coat them in Wegmans basting oil and then hit them with sea salt, pepper, and garlic salt.

Looks deelish, but who eats all that food?  I egg once and am eating leftovers for days as there are just two of us!

Leftovers and lunches... Likely won't egg again till Friday night or Saturday. This is the first cook since turkey day LOL

Hapster how do you get the pics to be exactly the perfect size?? Mine either show up tiny or won't load at all.

Not sure... I take most with the iPhone in square format, post them to Instagram and then I post the same here from my phone. Never had any issues posting them from my phone.

Thanks! The ham was a brown sugar cured bone in that I simply scored and then heated in the egg indirect at 325 or so with some peach and hickory till it was about 140IT. When it was close; I put Sweet Baby Rays Cola Q all over it
