Put 2 chickens in the egg today. Bottom one has @mickey coffee rub. Top one has just salt and pepper, it's going into a casserole tomorrow.
Used my new homemade raised grid. Grid is from my old weber. Got the idea here-http://winnipeggheads.com/2013/02/18/how-to-make-a-home-made-raised-grid-for-a-large-big-green-egg/
First time to try Mickey's coffee rub. Real good stuff. If you haven't tried it yet, put it on your short list to do.
