I am a newbie to the egg and want to smoke my turkey day ham. My questions are how long, what internal temp should I be looking for? I have a 22 pound Smithfield
Thanks

I assume it is already cooked since that is about all that is at the grocery stores. If so you are just reheating and introducing your own flavors such as smoke or a glaze. Just shoot for around 140* IT and cook about 325-350 dome. I guess about 4 - 4 1/2 hrs.-----------------------------------------analyze adapt overcome2008 -Large BGE. 2013- Small BGE and 2015 - Mini. 325-350 dome.... I would plan on 20 minutes per pound....140 IT
