The rub worked great for me I used standard ground Espresso (had on hand) and skipped the chili powder as my wife was concerned with it being too hot for guests. It came out great. Next time, I will add the chili powder.Milton, GA.

That powder is not hot. My grandchildren are fine with it and both little girls. Glad you liked it.Salado TX & 30A FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now).
