Doing a precooked bone in ham for thanksgiving. Newbie to the egg. looking for a simple recipe. 13.31lbs temp and time. Thanks Friends

Simple= Naked Ham. Cook indirect at 300 to an internal temp of 145. Include your favorite chunks of wood for the smoke flavor. Egrets bourbon maple glazed ham is a little more involved but well worth the effort. Those are my two favorites, but I'm always looking for new ideas.Simi Valley, California
