First Pork Butt

Used Dizzy Dust and smoked for 14 hours until it hit 190.  Wrapped it in foil and a towel then into the cooler for about 1 hour.  Came out really good; at least that's what my daughter and wife told me (I have gout so no pork for me.. yeah go figure).  Used apple and pecan and they said they smoke was just right.  I think it came well for the first attempt. 

Turkey on Thursday.  Let's keep my fingers crossed on that one (and no I won't be eating that either)..
