Maybe the best duck I've ever cooked. Breasted out each half with leg and skin attached. Rubbed down with teriyaki and let stand for about an hour. Liberally applied Dizzy Pig Red Eye Express. Cooked raised direct about 550 to IT of 125. Seemed that the RedEye would go well with the duck, and luckily I guessed right.
