First Time Pizza

Owned my egg for a few weeks now; cooked my first pizza last night.  Three kinds of cheese, fresh tomato's, fresh garlic and fresh oregano, cilantro & basil.  Dough was pre-made by our local Italian food store (Doris Italian Market).  Held the temp at 425, rotated the pie after 12 minutes and let it cook an additional 15 minutes.  What are your thoughts?

Going for the Pork Butt tonight!

looks good. I usually cook mine at around 500-550. The most important thing I've learned is to give the pizza stone lots of time to get up to temperature.  I have an IR thermometer and it can take quite a while to get to 500.
