i find i get most of my recipes off the web though and rarely open the books unless im looking for ideas. if they are new to egging, theres woks, dutch ovens and castiron fry pans, pizza peels and stone,thermapens and wireless thermometers, the more they have the quicker they get up to speedLovin' my Large Egg since May 2012 (Richmond, VA) ... and makin' cookbooks at https://FamilyCookbookProject.com

My cookbook is a 3-ring binder filled with those slip in sleeves. When I see a cook posted on here that I want to try, I print it off and slip it into my cookbook. Just getting started with it. Works great. Don't want to swell any heads (think some are big enough already ), but I figure I'm getting the best of the best this way.
