Morning All:[p]I know it is hard to believe, but this is the first cook I have done on MY eggs this month. We have been gone or overly busy every weekend (and some weekdays). Of course part of the time gone was to attend the Waldorf EggFest and I did do some serious cooking there and at my friends house (also an Egghead).[p]Last night the much better half wanted some salmon, so this is the results.[p]This was just before I took it off.[p]P5260003.jpg[p]I had sprinkled it with a KeyLime spice mix that my son had gotten for me and then the last couple of minutes coated with a 50/50 maple syrup/butter glaze.[p]It was cooked at about 300 to 325 for about 15 minutes. I probably should have taked it off a minute or so earlier, but it was still delish![p] P5260006.jpg[p]Unfortunately no Egging this weekend either as we are off to Southern Illinois to visit my parents (no egg there), but should get back in the swing of things after this weekend.[p]Have a GREAT day!
