First Cook on "My" new Mini

I was lucky to buy a Mini that had some prior experience from a fellow forum member. Tonight we decided to try it out.

First I did some brined potatoes with EVO and kosher salt, 400 for 1 hour turning at 15 min due to direct.

Then loaded up with 3 burgers, at 400 direct, 6 min a side, and 2 min in the flame for the char.

And finish with Harold's Sissy Sweet (Little Heat) Pickles from here in Dallas TX.

Mickey is correct, Mini's are Great.
