Pretzels
Has anyone tried the pretzel recipe that is on the BGE website. I will be trying it tonight and thought I would ask for any hints. Also, does anyone know where to find Pretzel salt? I have tried 3 grocery stores and the best I can do is course Kosher Salt and course Sea Salt. The stuff I remember is pure white and a bigger size.

Pretty straight forward. I cooked a pizza first at 650 degrees and then shut the vents down to drop the temperature to 475. Followed the recipe on the BGE Website and voila. They are better than I expected. Move over Aunt Annies!!XL BGE; Medium BGE; L BGE

I've been trying to post this for several days but I was caught in the 'posting requires approval' problem.
I have had great luck with Alton Brown's recipe located at:

We live in pretzel country (Lancaster, PA) so getting salt here is not a problem. All the bulk food stores sell it. I'm sure Kosher salt would work fine even though it is a little smaller in size.
