Chicken Pot Pie

Docs last cook got me in the mood for pot pie but I went with chicken instead of sausage.
Chicken was spatched and rubbed with Dizzys Red Eye Express on the skin with Loveless Cafe Peach rub in between skin and meat. No pics on the egg but how else would you cook it.
